Who is responsible

What the application collects
The application is hosted by Tally. It asks for your work email, company, role, approximate monthly order volume, current process and interest in the proposed assisted pilot. Country and workflow notes are optional. Permission for product news and feedback invitations is separate and optional. Do not send customer orders, catalogue files, credentials or your customers’ personal data.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your early-access request, assess suitability for the alpha and discuss a possible pilot at your request. Applying does not authorize a payment. Product news and feedback invitations depend on the separate optional permission given in the form. Applicants are not automatically added to a newsletter.
Legal basis and your rights
We process business applications and related correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and assessing suitability for the private alpha (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional product news and feedback invitations rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, by contacting contact@ordertidy.com.
Services involved
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Opening the form connects your browser to Tally; applications are stored in the controller’s Tally account. This static site has no separate application database. Providers may process information in the locations and under the safeguards described in their policies.
When the form loads
The embedded form loads only after you choose to open it. The alternative link opens Tally in a new tab. The provider may process technical information needed to serve the form. See Tally’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Attribution and visitor analytics
No visitor analytics beacon is configured on this site. When you open the form, we pass source=ordertidy, the page language, the interest indicated by your chosen button and, if present, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term. Only these bounded campaign fields are forwarded; our code does not pass other page parameters. Please do not put personal information in campaign links.
Keeping information and handling requests
We keep applications while needed to evaluate the alpha and follow up on your request. We review whether the information is still needed and remove it when it is not, unless an applicable retention duty requires otherwise. Contact contact@ordertidy.com to request access, correction or removal, or to withdraw optional permission. We handle requests manually; this page does not automate deletion.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the landing page and application, not a future order-processing service. Before a pilot, we will separately agree sample access, business-data handling, retention and applicable terms. You can also raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
